Shipping Policy

Glimmering.ca takes pride in serving its customers around the globe. Our shipping policy reflects our commitment to serve our customers wherever they are. 

Glimmering.ca fulfills all orders placed on the website before 12 PM local time from Monday through Friday within three business days. In case of any delay in the shipping of your order, you will be informed about the delay within 2 business days.
In case you live outside a major city center, it may take longer than the time frame given to reach the purchased item to you. Secondly, the transit time of the courier services and its delivery schedule to your area may also affect the time frame given. Thirdly, in case of a customs inspection, you may add a day or two to the time given to you for delivery of your goods. 

In case of a special order, you will be contacted via email by Glimmering.ca to confirm you the estimated time that may we take to deliver your special order. In this case we need your written confirmation to proceed further with your order. In case you are paying through a credit card; we will charge your credit card on receipt of your confirmation. We will reconfirm through email the estimated time when your order will be ready to be shipped at your given address. In case you opt for not confirming the order, we will not charge your credit card.

The shipping, handling, and other applicable taxes will be calculated in accordance with the total order, the destination of the order and the shipping method you advise. These charges are disclosed to you in your local currency at along with the price of the final order. Any additional fee or charges resulting from cross border shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. 
Your order including all items therein is insured for its full value, however we need the receipt of the package be signed by an adult at the destination address. 

Once you place an order for an item special or otherwise, we send you an email confirming your order and providing you with an order number and order details. If you do not receive any confirmation email from our side within 2 business days, you should contact our customer service department at cusotmerservic@glimmering.ca. Though we believe in your seriousness of doing business with Glimmering.ca, we reserve the right to cancel any suspected order that may seem fraudulent.

Availability of Desired Item/Product

If your chosen item is currently not available in the stock, you can make us a call to know when the item will be available in the stock. It happens that an item gets short due to heavy volume of orders. In that case we will notify you personally to help you choose another item or wait for the desired item in the queue. 

Customized Art Jewelry

Though we do not alter our products at the time you order for them. We however provide you the opportunity to combine your settings and send them to us to create a unique piece of art jewelry for you.
